Admission & Fees
Funding is available 38 weeks of the year our setting is open 48 weeks, the remaining 10 weeks will be charged at our private day rate.
The setting is open,
07:15 - 17:15 Monday - Thursday (all year round for 48 weeks)
&
08:00 - 13:00 on Friday's (Fridays are only open in the term time 38 weeks)
You can purchase uniform through Edge Clothing.
Full day (10 hours)
Private rate all inclusive of nappies, wipes, snacks & outings £65 per day
All fees are Subject to change due to annual increase each April. You will receive one months notice for any changes to fees.
Half day (5 hours)
Private rate all inclusive of nappies, wipes, snacks & outings £35 per day
All fees are Subject to change due to annual increase each April. You will receive one months notice for any changes to fees.
Funded contributions
Funded days contribution for nappies, wipes, snacks & outings is £6 per full day £3 per half day.

About our fees
Information
Attendance can be on a Term-time (38 weeks of the year) or Full-time basis (48 weeks of the year) excluding bank holidays, funded hours can only be used in term time for 5 or 10 hours a day.
Fees are charged at a daily/half daily rate for care. For any additional hours please contact us for further details and to discuss your requirements.
Late payment fee applicable if fees are not received on your invoice due date. Invoices are billed a month in advance.
Fees are payable if you choose to take a holiday or if your child is absent for any reason.
Fees are none refundable shpuld we have to close for any reason.
Permanent changes to sessions can only be made from the beginning of a term in advance (September, January, April) if you receive funding. Private sessions require a minimum of 4 weeks notice.
Additional costs may be payable for any trips or outings, notice of which will be given prior to the invoice.
Late pick up fee will apply if you arrive after 17:15 this is because we need to pay staff overtime to stay and watch your child.
Prior arrangement of staying beyond our opening hours must be obtained and is charged at £10 up to 1 hour.
Our setting is open 48 weeks of the year and all bank holidays. Details of holiday dates are given to families upon joining for that year.
Breakfast, nappies & 2 healthy snacks are included in our day rate or chargeable at £6 per day for our funded families, subject to agreement.
Healthy lunches are to be provided by you.
